What payment methods can I use?

ZEITGEIST accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Credit Card (OCC) payments.

When will my order dispatch?

Pending order verification & orders placed with Economy or Standard courier services will be dispatched within 3-4 business days and orders placed with an expedited courier method will ship within 2 business days.

Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.

Each address you instruct us to dispatch to, is considered a separate order.

We endeavor to dispatch your purchase as quickly as possible, in order to meet your estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery dates are calculated prior to order verification. Delays in order verification could result in a later delivery date.

When will my order arrive?

You can expect your items to arrive by the estimated delivery date, which is shown for each item during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

By which carrier will my order be dispatched?

We use TCS, OCS and LCS to dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible based on your selected delivery method and location. Deliveries will be made during the carrier's normal business hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your order's location using the information provided by the carrier chosen to handle your order.

What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?

Once an order is placed at zgspirit.com, you cannot make changes online. For changes & assistance please call our Customer Service Representatives at +92 331 4541169

Can I receive my order to an address other than my own?

Yes, you can receive to another address besides your own. When you register with zgspirit.com, you will have the option to create your own address list. (Please note: The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. ZEITGEIST will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific question about a delivery.)

What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?

Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.

If I want to exchange my item for a similar item or a different size or color, how do I do that?

There are two easy ways to make an exchange. You can either return your exchange by mail or exchange your purchase at any of our domestic ZEITGEIST stores.

If exchanging by mail, specify the new color or size of the item you are exchanging on the return/exchange form and include the form in your return package.

How do I know which size to purchase?

We offer size charts for all clothing. This will help guide you in determining which size to purchase.

If something goes on sale that I just purchased, can I get a credit on the price difference?

Where can I buy authentic ZEITGEIST products?
