Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is in new condition — unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  • The item is accompanied by the original invoice.
  • The return or exchange request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Options

1. Return to Store

  • Visit any Zeitgeist retail store with your original invoice for quicker processing.

2. Return Online

  • Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Once approved, you will be provided with our return address.
  • Ship your item(s) back to us using a trackable courier service.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 5–7 working days from the date we receive your return for inspection and processing.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
