Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is in new condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags still intact.
- The item is accompanied by the original invoice.
- The exchange request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Exchange Options
1. Exchange From Store
- Visit any Zeitgeist retail store with your original invoice for quicker processing.
2. Exchange Online
- Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
- Once approved, you will be provided with our return address.
- Ship your item(s) back to us using a trackable courier service.
- Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Processing Time
- Please allow 5–7 working days from the date we receive your return for inspection and processing.
