Eligibility
To qualify for a return

The item is in new condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags still intact.

The item is accompanied by the original invoice.

The return request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

1. Return to Store

Visit any Zeitgeist retail store with your original invoice for quicker processing.
2. Return Online

Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Once approved, you will be provided with our return address.

Ship your item(s) back to us using a trackable courier service.

Return & exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 working days from the date we receive your return for inspection and processing.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued within 10–15 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- COD order amount of refund will be transfer in the customer bank account
- Credit/Debit Card customer will receive refund amount on account that use for payment
