We want you to love every Zeitgeist piece you own. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, our return service ensures a smooth, hassle-free experience. Whether you choose to return it to one of our stores or send it back to us.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return

  • The item is in new condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags still intact.

  • The item is accompanied by the original invoice.

  • The return request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Return

1. Return to Store

  • Visit any Zeitgeist retail store with your original invoice for quicker processing.

2. Return Online

  • Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Once approved, you will be provided with our return address.

  • Ship your item(s) back to us using a trackable courier service.

  • Return & exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 5–7 working days from the date we receive your return for inspection and processing.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 10–15 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

  • COD order amount of refund will be transfer in the customer bank account
  • Credit/Debit Card customer will receive refund amount on account that use for payment
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
