Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is in new condition — unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- The item is accompanied by the original invoice.
- The return or exchange request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Return & Exchange Options
1. Return to Store
- Visit any Zeitgeist retail store with your original invoice for quicker processing.
2. Return Online
- Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Once approved, you will be provided with our return address.
- Ship your item(s) back to us using a trackable courier service.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Processing Time
- Please allow 5–7 working days from the date we receive your return for inspection and processing.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
