To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

Returns are only applicable for the same item in a different size (smaller or bigger)
The item is in new condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags still intact.
The item is accompanied by the original invoice.
The return or exchange request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Visit any Zeitgeist retail store with your original invoice for quicker processing.

2. Return Online

Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Once approved, you will be provided with our return address.
Ship your item(s) back to us using a trackable courier service.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 working days from the date we receive your return for inspection and processing.

Refunds

Refunds are not applicable on items purchased during sale or promotions.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
