Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Once approved, you will be provided with our return address.
Ship your item(s) back to us using a trackable courier service.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 working days from the date we receive your return for inspection and processing.

Refunds

Refunds are not applicable on items purchased during sale or promotions.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
